My journaling box had a big gap in it, so I decided to tie a little knot and wrap some bakers twine around the corner. It ended up making a dull box kind-of cute. You could tie a bow or loop 3 strands around the box. The possibilities are endless. Next time you find a space that needs a little something, pull out some bakers twine and play with it. :)
