As you can see I played with a new (to me) punch, the cupcake builder. I don't own the stamps that go along with this cute punch, so I used paper. The cupcake liner is Daffodil Delight Designer Series Paper from the Brights Patterns Stack. The frosting top is Chocolate Chip cardstock that I ran through the dots embossing folder.
While I had the Big Shot out I embossed the oval from the Set of Designer Frames, then I stamped my sentiment. The card is an unusual shape, but it will fit in a standard letter envelope. It's 6x6" folded in half to make a 3x6" card.
Can you see the little cupcake I stamped inside? I colored the stamp with my markers. My ribbon is wrapped around the bottom of the card. I cut a little slit in the fold of the card so I could thread the Taffeta ribbon through the slit.
Creative Blessings,
Heather North

Cute card! Who doesn't love a cupcake! Praying for good news from the Dr. for your dad. :)
This is gorgeous. Hope all is well with your dad.
ooh, I love that embossed frame...wow...really catches your eye and gives the spotlight to the cupcake!
I was just looking at this set, which I adore! and have this folder out, but wouldn't have thought to put them together...I love the pop of the punch...I might need to be making a card like this. Thanks for the inspiration.
I am making this as a birthday card for my son's teacher! I've been waiting to find a reason to make it...Why? I don't know. It's a great card!! I don't have the frame EF so I'll just make an oval backing. Thanks!
Thanks for the well wishes for my dad. He is doing great with his treatment. :)
Your son's teacher is sure to love it, Deb. :)
