Sunshine Sale-A-Bration

Do you associate colors with people?  Whenever I think of the color Orange I think of my dear friend Tracy and her obsession with everything orange.  Even her bridesmaid dresses.  When I think of yellow two people come to mind.  First is Joanie, my mother-in-law.  She once told me her favorite flower is the yellow rose.  Not sure if it still is, but since then I always try to include a little yellow in the gifts I make her. 

The second person is Angi. She too loves everything yellow. She said it reminds her of sunshine, and in this rainy state of WA that is a good thing to be reminded of.  I often saw her at church with a purse that is a perfect match to Summer Starfruit. (before Summer Starfruit was a SU color)  This card is going to her.  (Though I may make a similar one for my mother in law.)
