I'm not sure if it is because I tried to create my own color combo using yellow (So Saffron). Yellow is always a bit tricky for me. It could have been because I was using florals. For some reason I don't do well with florals. Perhaps it is because I took a break from crafting. It might have something to do with being surrounded by adolescent boys for the past 7 days. Who knows? Anyway, here is the final result.
I do like the jewelry tag detail. :)
This picture shows the dimension I added to the card. What do you think? Is it too ugly to send to someone?

Heather, this is a GREAT card! I love that you added dimension to the card by cutting the flowers out and attaching them to the background. And I like the pink and yellow color scheme.
Oh, girl, you are silly (and I mean that in the nicest way). This card is absolutely gorgeous! I love the color combination, the little tags, the flowers. I truly think this is a beautiful card! I "need" that stamp set. I am sure you don't get to make many girly cards with having two boys, but I think you did a wonderful job on this one! TFS!
Heather, this is really pretty! I had convinced myself that I didn't need Everything Eleanor, but I may have to reconsider after seeing this!
You guys really like this card? Are you sure you're not just being nice? :) It does look better in the picture than IRL. I asked my husband if it was ugly and he said "yes". LOL. I think the card has potential. I really like the Everything Eleanor stamp set, and I think that background swirl is so pretty with the flowers on it. I like the ribbon strip. For some reason though... It's not the worst card I've ever made, but... in person I am afraid it is still lacking.

I so do NOT think this card is ugly-far from it Heather! It is a lovely card, the colors, the popping of flowers and the jewelry tag punches. You are too hard on yourself, though we are all our own worst critics. :)
