Thoughts of You - Mojo 237

Last weekend I was going through the catalog trying to decide what I wanted to get with my next order.  We are in full-on baseball season here, so of course the baseball stamp caught my eye.  Then I saw the Mojo Monday sketch for this week and I really wanted to use that stamp on this card.  Alas, I don't have that stamp yet, so I had to get creative.  :)  Here's what I came up with.

And here is the Mojo 237 Sketch

Perfect for baseball, but I think it also works with these flowers from the soon to be retired Hostess Set Posy Punch.

When I sat down to create this card I knew which stamp set I wanted to use, but I didn't know which colors.  I took my color cue from the Twitterpated paper to stamp the flowers.  It's fun to experiment with color.

This side view shows you the dimension on the center circles as well as the banner.

You can be sure I'm going to be using this sketch again to make Thank You cards for all the Little Coaches my boys have this year as soon as I get that baseball stamp.  :)  That's one of the beauty of sketches.  Whether you use them for cards or scrapbooking layouts they can be used over and over again.  You still have time to join in on this week's Mojo challenge.  If you do, be sure to leave a comment to let me know so I can visit your blog.  :)
