All Heart + Video

There has certainly been a theme in the challenges at StampNation this month.  I just couldn't help myself when I was creating them.  February is heart health month so all month long I have pulled from that inspiration to create challenges.  Today's card actually fits 2 of this months challenges.  I was asked how I created the card below in the challenge last week.

It is such an easy technique that I decided to make another card, and video, for this week's challenge "Red".
