Merry Inspiration Monday ~ SC115

It's time for another Stampin' Celebration Sketch challenge.  As soon as I saw this sketch I thought of Christmas trees.

SC116
I stamped my trees in two different colors and layered them on a circle of vellum to help them stand out from the patterned paper in the background.  The vellum is hard to see in the picture, but that is ok.  Next I stamped the sentiment on vellum and colored the back side with my makers.  I adhered it to my trees with glue dots and hid those behind Candy Dots.

Be sure and check out what the rest of the design team did with this sketch.  Clicky to go there now and then link up your creation so I can see how you are inspired!

Shaker Card for Stampin' Celebration

Merry Monday to you!  For some reason I just can't get enough of making Christmas cards lately.  It's a good thing, because I only have half of mine made.  I  took the new sketch challenge over at Stampin' Celebration and used it to create this fun shaker card!

Along with sequins I added some dazzling diamonds glitter.  It didn't look like a lot when I scooped it out, but it ended up being a bit too much.  Oh well, it's sparkly and fun.  Whoever gets this card is sure to enjoy it.

Be sure to head on over to the Stampin' Celebration blog to see how the rest of the design team was inspired, then link up to your creation.
