Michele's 50th Birthday Blog Hop

Birthday's are always cause for celebration, but when you hit 50 it's time for a FABULOUS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION.  My friend and founder of CAS-ual Fridays Stamps, Michele Gross, is turning 50 in just a few days and a few of her crafty friends are joining in on the party with a fun blog hop!

Michele, I wish you the happiest of happy birthday's, my friend!  You are a bright light in this world and I am honored to be on your creative team.  May this year be your best year yet!!!

My card was created by scribbling Zig markers at the top of a piece of bristol, then spritzing it with water and letting the excess drip and splatter.  Once that was dry I splattered it with watered down black Nuvo drops.    Next I embossed the super fun sentiment and added a bit of sparkly bling, because I know Michele loves glittery touches.

While making this card I played around with a couple of other sentiments from CAS-ual Fridays.  There are so many to choose from.

Michele wants to celebrate by giving to YOU!
Simply leave comments on all of the blogs on this hop for your chance to win (1 of  5) $50 gift certificates from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps!!!!  You should have come from the creatively talented Kimberly Rendino's blog.  If you get lost along the way or just want to start at the top of the hop, you can head HERE to visit CAS-ual Fridays Stamps blog.

Next stop is the creative superstar:

Love the sentiments and you taught me something new. Water down nuvo drops and splatter them. Have to try my zigs and spritz. :)

I absolutely adore the color choices you picked for this card. The way it runs down the page just reminds me of a yummy cake loaded with icing. Hehe. I don't know if that's what you were going for but it makes me happy. Great job!

Love the colors and design of this card as well as the crazy funny sentiment. Oh and my mom lives in Rochester. Every time I say that everyone thinks New York. Such a small town no one ever knows about it. What a small world.
